Key Task:

  • Interface with PowerCo Technical team to receive non-ATD location A/B sample material ordering
  • According to the process and requirements, collaborate with procurement to create new supplier codes in the system
  • Summarize the logistics costs related to sample booking and report them to the project team in a timely manner
  • Prepare BM slides and apply for BM request
  • Work with Purchasing for PO placement
  • Coordinate for goods receiving activity remotely
  • According to the requirements of management and project leaders, regularly prepare and complete corresponding reports
  • Proactively identify and promote improvement work in daily work processes

Qualification:

  • Necessary education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Personal skills: Good communication, teamwork, practice-oriented problem analysis skills, good at overall planning, willing to take new challenges
  • Working experience (in years): Above 5 years' logistics experience in material planning management and close cooperation with material supplier. Prefer with experience from battery cell industry.
  • Language skills: Chinese required. Fluent in English or German
  • IT knowledge: Experience in SAP, good at PowerPoint and other office software etc
