PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: 职位职责

Responsible for the Customs' enterprise-side document preparation and certification process for the Advanced Enterprise Certification System (AEO) and related internal audit processes. 负责海关关于高级认证企业制度(AEO)的企业端文件准备和认证过程及相关内部审计流程。 Responsible for the communication between Customs and plant regarding the verification of electronic account books for processing trade and other related businesses负责主管海关和企业之间关于加工贸易电子账册核销和其它相关业务的沟通 Get all documents for import Customs clearance ready by communicating with all related departments  和内部有进口需求的相关部门沟通协调,确保进口清关顺利完成 Daily transportation arrangement for both international and domestic sales. 日常安排国际和国内销售的运输 Transportation cost analysis and planning. 运输成本分析和计划 Communication with GEHC global transportation team. 和GEHC全球运输团队沟通 Transportation specific requirements coordination. 协调特殊运输要求 Shipping documents preparation for customers and checking for vendors 提供发货文件给客户,核对供应商的发货文件 Daily warehouse picking/receiving, loading/unloading, goods dispatching and other coordination 日常仓库拣货/收货,装货/卸货,发货等协调 Distribution records management and SAP master data maintain. 发货记录管理和 SAP 主数据维护 Responsible for distribution of finished products to all markets. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: 资质/经验

Minimum 5 years' experience of Electronic account books management and AEO certification  至少 5年电子账册管理和AEO认证工作经验

Bachelor or above 本科及以上

Fluent in written and oral English  英语流利
