PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Focus on IO business development, including both sales and technical service.
  • Conduct market survey and data analysis, and position product portfolios according to different layers of marketing demands.
  • Collect main competitors' information and know how to penetrate target market layers via competitive business approach.
  • Identify customer needs, market trend and analyze competitors' information.
  • Exchange technical and marketing information with domestic/oversea colleagues on a regular basis, so as to acquire support or make adjustment accordingly.
  • Develop and manage new distributors or channel dealers, as well as end users.
  • Develop business plan, including marketing action plans, providing technical support to distributors.
  • Conduct technical and application trainings to China industrial team, and provide support to colleagues via field trials, seminars, etc. 2.

JOB REQUIREMENTS The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance: a) Education:

Bachelor or master's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering background is preferred. b) Experience:

At least 10 years working experience in IO as a sales manager or business development specialist who will have field engineer working experience.

C) Competency And Skills

  • A good team player and working closely with internal staff and HQ.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Smooth communication in both oral & written English.
  • Good technical & application knowledge in MWF.
  • Responsible and accountable.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
