About the Role

We are seeking a
Sourcing Specialist (Equipment & Materials)
to join our Supply Chain Team in China. In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing
production and laboratory equipment
, materials, and related services for GMP facilities. You will ensure uninterrupted business operations while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.

This position requires a
technically minded, proactive professional
who can engage deeply with internal stakeholders and equipment suppliers to ensure every specification and requirement is accurately captured and delivered.

Job Description:

  1. 识别并实施降本、改善付款条件(DPO)、缩短交货期、提升质量和降低供应商风险的机会,同时确保符合GMP规程和客户要求。(Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, DPO improvement, lead time reduction, quality enhancement, and supplier risk mitigation—while ensuring alignment with GMP procedures and customer requirements.)

  2. 为现有物料和新物料寻找新的或替代供应商。(Search for new or alternative suppliers for existing and new materials.)

  3. 根据物料规格和质量标准,进行市场分析。(Perform market analysis aligned with material specifications and quality standards.)

  4. 依据公司采购政策和合规标准,向供应商索取报价、进行价格对标并组织招标。(Request quotations from suppliers, conduct price benchmarking, and organize tenders in line with the company's purchasing policies and compliance standards.)

  5. 核实更新后的价格,谈判有利条款和折扣,并寻找降本和增值的机会。(Validate updated pricing, negotiate favorable terms and discounts, and identify opportunities for cost savings and added value.)

  6. 管理保密协议(NDA)和供应协议的签署。(Manage the signing of NDAs and supply agreements.)

  7. 审核并解决合同分歧,确保使用经批准的公司模板并符合法律规定。(Review and resolve contractual disagreements, ensuring use of approved company templates and legal compliance.)
