Our client is a large Insurance Corporation, they are now looking for a DevSecOps Team Lead for overseeing their DevOps team. The ideal Candidate are required to have solid understanding in security governance with deep experience in enterprise auditing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed DevSecOps team, with direct oversight of remote engineers in China.
  • Governance & Optimize the SDLC process, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Balance security and release velocity, embedding security controls without compromising delivery speed.
  • Drive automation-first culture across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and scale CI/CD/CT pipelines capable of handling thousands of builds per day and hundreds of releases per week.
  • Conduct and support enterprise-level audits, ensuring traceability, transparency, and compliance.
  • Lead cultural and technological transformation initiatives, especially within finance and enterprise IT environments.
  • Evaluate and integrate Generative AI technologies to enhance DevSecOps capabilities and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services or banking sector.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC governance, release management, and security integration.
  • Proven experience in enterprise auditing and compliance.
  • Strong automation mindset — automation is in your DNA.
  • Demonstrated success in cultural tech transformation, ideally within financial services.
  • Expertise in large-scale CI/CD/CT pipelines with integrated security scans.
