Engineer Production Engineering SHA(Laser)
Your Responsibilities

  • Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs.
  • Keep contacts with customers and suppliers.
  • Follow environmental regulations.
  • Continuous education to guarantee the art status implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, oHSAS18001.
  • Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean.
  • Other Job assignment from superior.
  • Achieve KPI and DPI target with making use of each resource.
  • Delivers breakthrough levels of improvement in reducing defects, variation, cost, capacity, and risks to customer.
  • Responsible for qualification activities of new materials, machines, toolings, processes within the related group.
  • Provide training and coaching of people.
  • Define responsibility and authority within department.

Your Profile

  • Undergraduate & Bachelor's degrees need, and with min. 3 years' experience in a similar team management position Fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Technical background.
  • Degree education preferred.
  • Managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience in related industry is preferred.
  • Open minded approach.
  • Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good team working spirit and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
