岗位职责: 1.在系统中进行供应商新增材料预审,供应商变更材料预审,新建供应商;(品牌:Godiva, Mc'Vities) 2. 安排供应商招投标活动中的各项工作:联络、催促、安排、收集报价等; 3. 招投标价格的对比,数据分析; 4. 在系统中申请合同审批,以及追踪审批结果);整理合同,维护合同信息,对过期合同进行有效提醒,并安排相对应的更新和招投标活动 5.在Jagger 系统中申请项目产生的saving 6. 小型合同更新,协助进行市场价格分析,合同条款梳理,现有条款沟通、谈判。 7. 供应商信息按照品类的整理和维护 8. 上级交代的事宜等 9. Global system and monthly report support (Epar, Jaggear ,Cash) 要求: - 在校本科生/研究生; - 熟练使用Office办公软件,英语水平良好; - 细致耐心,责任心强,学习态度端正; - 在校本科生/研究生,能尽快上岗,每周3天,可实习6个月及以上。

职位薪资:

150-200/天
