 分析行业趋势,做技术储备 Analysis of market trends, prepare technical reserve  主导和支持电桥S-FMEA Lead/support eAxle S-FMEA  作为技术负责人,主导项目获取,包括需求分析,提出方案,报价,客户交流等 Lead project acquisition, including requirement analysis, making proposal, quote, customer communication  电桥系统性能参数计算和仿真:效率、外特性、持续性能、热性能等 eAxle system specification calculation and simulation, including efficiency, peak /continuous/thermal performance

 制定电桥质量认可测试方案,并分析测试数据,撰写测试报告 Make eAxle quality test proposal, analyze test data and provide test report  根据项目需要,领导或参与问题解决 Leading or take part in key problem solving and task force according to project requirement  建立良好的质量观念,对流程、方法改进提出建议,参与制定标准化的工作指导书,开发流程 Establish quality sense, and provide improvement suggestion to process and work approach, take part in establish standard work instruction and development process
