• Assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager in contract management
• Responsible to manage pre and post contracts
• Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projects
• Attend Client's team meeting and advise on commercial matters
• Advise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possible
• Provide commercial reports to Client
• Review and assess variation claims
• Ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• 1~10 years of relevant experience 
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill
• Proficient in English language both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office applications
