工作职责
全科家庭医生为家庭医学的患者提供门诊治疗和疾病管理,可能按需要负责住院治疗。

负责家庭医学范围内的门诊和住院的检查、诊断和治疗,包括急性和慢性疾病以及损伤,包括全科、健康管理及疫苗门诊等。
通过准备和复阅病历,以及咨询访谈完整了解疾病和病人的情况
评估患者情况,并确定是否进行x光检查和其他临床检查
解释检查结果并做评估
进行查房和处方治疗
进行辅助疾病管理和处方治疗,如抗生素,药物和外敷治疗
进行小型外科手术
确定是否需要专科医疗护理和治疗,并做协助
可能依据有记录的技术熟练程度被调整诊疗授权
必要时通过电话或电子邮件与患者沟通

任职要求
医学硕士学位(或同等学历),来自获认证的医学院
完成家庭医学或内科(或同等学历)的住院医师培训,在医院和主任部门与首席医疗官认可的项目
3-5年以上临床工作经验优先,熟悉疫苗系统的优先
英语流利、有海外学习工作经验者优先
