  • You will work in teams and directly with our clients. In the 1st half of your internship program, you will receive training on basic consultant skills and then start as an in-office supporting role in Knowledge Service for 1-3months to support Consultants on different client projects.
  • In the 2nd half of your internship program for the next 1-3 months, you will either transit into an on-site supporting role and closely work with a team of consultants at our client sites or continue in-office support, depending on your performance. Projects can vary in length, team size, and location, depending on the client's situation. Travel may be required.
  • You will own and identify information sources, gather and interpret facts and figures, and execute analysis to translate your findings into meaningful client recommendations.
  • You will present your findings to team members and client stakeholders. Our Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Master program, experience in academic projects preferred
  • Honest, intellectually curious, high energy and mature
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Familiar with MS office (Word, PowerPoint); Proficiency in Python/Power BI, etc. is a strong plus
  • At least 4 days/week; expected on-board date is ASAP What We Offer:
