Job Overview
Responsible for the testing execution of power products (including research and development samples, production line samples), operation and maintenance of testing equipment, recording and preliminary organization of testing data, cooperating with engineers to complete testing tasks, ensuring efficient testing process and accurate data.

This position reports to the Shanghai R&D Department Lead and will be located in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in projects and in electrical PCBA, systems level, power supply assemble, soldering, test and troubleshoot;
  • Conduct electrical performance and various tests for power supply products as per project plans/cases, operating equipment in compliance with standards;
  • Record test data, fill out forms and generate reports accurately and completely;
  • Perform daily maintenance on test equipment, report abnormalities promptly and keep workstations tidy and safe;
  • Receive, verify and store R&D samples and material, assist in preparing materials and preliminary investigation of test abnormalities, solve issues with engineers' support.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS EE or Technical University graduated in Electrical Engineering;
  • 2-3 years' experience in support roll for analog circuit and switch mode power supply products;
  • Good skills on soldering & have working experiences in both through hole and SMT component;
  • Understand basic theory of circuits; Be familiar with various AC-DC, DC-DC topologies (Such as half and full bridge, fly back, buck/boost, forward, and others) and their theory, good understand switch mode power supply (power supply size: 25watt - 5Kwatts);
  • Self-motivated; work under pressure and meet the project schedule and product performance;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
