Business Planner

As a Business Planner(LIC/CT ), you will focus on sales and operation planning, build the business forecast (including demand, supply and production) to refinish CT/LIC segment business cooperated by commercial, products and other internal central supporting teams. It also aims to balance End-To-End from customer order to supply plan, with local production capacity involving factories and external purchasing plan schedule to maximize sales performance with proper inventory level and balance logistic cost.

This role current directly report to Business Support Manager-GRCN and base in Songjiang, Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the demand and supply representatives in China refinish CT/LIC business for forecast, inventory and sell through analysis, able to bridge business sales plan to operational supply plan.
• IBP data provide and analysis. Demand review coordinator and supply review facilitator, bound with commercial teams and purchasing/plant/logistics team to complete full process.
• DOI (Days of Inventory) & Inventory health. Responsible for inventory optimization including RAMC, SLOB and complexity reduction for CT/LIC segment by coordinating of selling efforts with sales team, rework activities with manufacturing, quality team and alternative end-user opportunities.
• Sales OTIF. Continue improve monthly rolling demand FCST process for more efficient to control slow moving, and achieve business objectives, sales target and aligned consensus FCST.
• Supply OTIF. Responsible for coordination with internal plant and external tolling site production schedules based on sales needs and changes.
• Contingency Planning & Risk Management. Flags risks and provide proposals to stakeholders for foreseen shortfall vs original commitments. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Quality and Sales team in resolving supply issues.
• Data maintenance and analysis   System data maintenance and analysis to smooth and improve daily practice for LIC&CT segment.  

Qualifications

• 3 years' supply chain experience with multiple roles (Demand Plan / Supply Plan / Production Plan)
• Demand & supply planner in multi-national commercial / trading company, Automotive aftermarket, FMCG and Chemical industry is preferred; Know about IBP, SIOP execution; Organizing cross-function communication and integrated single version report.
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistic, Supply Chain Management.
• Basic communication of English
• Excellent in Excel, Power BI is strong plus. Familiar with SAP or Oracle system is must. APICS or other professional Supply Chain Certification preferred.
