Your Role

  1. Perform internal audit according to the  process audit checklist. 
  2. Monitoring internal quality performance, follow and report the related KPI( FTTFR, True warranty..) .
  3. Monitor customer claims, take the lead to do root cause investigation and follow the corrective actions. 
  4. Using Nexus to follow the customer claims and key internal quality problems .
  5. New projects quality assurance (project quality review, new pumps verification, localized parts validation, quality control plan, etc.)

  2. Make corrective action and follow up continuous improvement actions. 
  3. Manage internal scrap performance and make improvement plan. 
  4. Lead the complex quality problem failure analysis and trace the actions on assembly line.
  5. Conduct Monitoring through measurement of each Product Line. 
  6. Leading weekly assembly process quality meeting. 
  7. Provide monthly quality report. 
  8.  Using Q-DAS to analysis performance test result.


 

To succeed, you will need  

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or science or 

2. 5+ years' experience in semiconductor, manufacture industry or automotive industry

As a quality engineer. Have QMS experience such as ISO9001, UL, ATEX, etc and have internal auditor certification is preferred.

3. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese are required.

4.Others:

Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand assembly processes.Root cause problem solving experience requiredSkilled in advanced quality techniques and process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan and FMEA, etc.Ability to function in a team-oriented environment is required.Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in managing manufacturing failure issues is required.Could communicate with customer and take the lead to handle customer claims.
