Reports To: Director of Public and Continuing Education (Direct Report)

Position Overview

The Admissions and Enrollment Lead (AEL) for Public and Continuing Education (PE/CE) at the Tianjin Juilliard School oversees enrollment management for all public education programs, including the Music Development Program, Summer and Winter Camps, School Engagement Program, Satellite Early Years Centers and continuing education initiatives. Leveraging data-driven strategies and OpenApply CRM, the AEL ensures alignment between programs and institutional enrollment objectives to attract and retain a diverse global learner community. Additionally, the AEL supports departmental initiatives and ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enrollment Data Analysis

  • Serve as the primary manager of OpenApply CRM, liaising with OpenApply developers.
  • Provide data-driven enrollment strategy support for all PE/CE programs.
  • Identify enrollment trends through data analysis to set precise recruitment targets.
  • Develop enrollment forecasting models to inform resource allocation.
  • Produce regular enrollment reports to support leadership decision-making.

2. Admissions & Enrollment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end admissions processes for all PE/CE programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Program Leads to implement data-informed enrollment plans.
  • Work closely with Tianjin Juilliard's Enrollment Management office to align strategies and optimize procedures.
  • Manage daily admissions workflows, including application processing and customer service.

3. Recruitment & Outreach

  • Work closely with the Director of PE/CE to identify the most effective recruitment channels through data analysis.
  • Evaluate ROI of recruitment activities to optimize budgets.
  • Partner with the Marketing Lead to optimize digital marketing strategies using data insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

4. Departmental Support & Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Support PE/CE departmental initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist colleagues with cross-functional ad hoc tasks.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and provide professional input.
  • Undertake other related duties as required.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (preferred in education, arts administration, or a related field).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in music (or other arts) training programs.
  • Hands-on OpenApply CRM experience.
  • Familiarity with China's education landscape.

Skills:

  • Bilingual (English & Mandarin).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
