Sales Support Adminstrator

We are looking for Sales Support Administrator to join our Professional A&G Renewal Sales Team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in supporting the admin tasks associated with the increasing volume and complexity of administrative and documentation requirements in China. This team consists of 6 team members and is reporting to the Manager, Renewal Sales. We would love to speak with you if you have motivation to work in admin function.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- High motivation to work in administrative work, careful and meticulous
- Good learning ability

- Able to read and write in English, fluent in spoken English is preferred
What will you be doing in this role?
Assist in the support of sellers and sales opportunities.
Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation.
Hours of Work
- Full Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, core business hours)
- This is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days a week in one of our Clarivate offices
