  • Have product and business knowledge and experience, and follow up the samples punctuality & accuracy at different sample stages, need to report to Head office weekly. 熟悉成衣生产进度,对商务贸易有常识,跟进各个阶段样品的准确性和准时性,并每周整理进度表,汇总告知总部生产经理
  • To check and comment on PPC or material card according to tech packs and standards accurately & puncturally. Daily skillfully operate company's system, like: PLM ,QMS ect.

正确地,准时地,根据公司要求和标准核查PPC,熟练掌握公司规定的业务工作所需的系统

  • Handle all testing related tasks or sample checking as required 负责样衣开发阶段的有关测试与 样衣检查的要求
  • Closely follow up

GS/FS

's establishment & implementation of a contract according to process requests, closely communication & solve the problem in time with material team, or make a esclating report

紧密跟踪服装供应商和材料供应商的合同的签署和执行,如有问题及时与面料部门沟通解决问题,并及时和上层汇报

  • Daily track order status including shipping & delivery, Use report to weekly follow up responsible garment suppliers/styles/ orders'

bulk production report & make sure the goods delivery on time.

If any delivery issues, need to solve & report to HQ/manger. 运用CPM系统, 监督所负责的供应商的款式和订单的大货生产进度报告,确保交期的准时。 如有任何交期有关的问题, 需及时解决和汇报

  • Systematic daily filing , and orderly sample keeping by system.Handle all quality related cases from GSs by procedures and good cross communication skills 能够进行跨部门交流,解决大货具体问题,并进行总结记录 使用系统有条理有系统的保存样品,合理的文件归档
  • To train GS to understand Sportmater's policies /manuals/procedures for their better working with HQ smoothly 工作中需要与中国区所有部门以及总部相关生产经理进行紧密沟通与合作,培训供应商熟悉我们公司的操作体系和工作要求,便与供应商能更好的配合总部
  • Others其他领导分配的任务 岗位要求: 1.良好的英文听说读写能力,英语四级以上优先 2. 至少3年以上的服装跟单业务经验 3.大专及以上学历,纺织或服装相关专业优先 4.熟练使用微软办公系统,有PLM/QMS/CPM系统经验优先
