  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support staff and supervisors..
  • Compile and sort invoices and checks.
  • Record business transactions and key daily vendor invoices, customer billing and credits into the general ledger system.
  • File and tally deposits.
  • Match invoices to work orders.
  • Process bills for payment.
  • Open mail and match payments to invoices.
  • Utilize SAP to run databases and reports.
  • Contact individuals with delinquent accounts.
  • Filing of accounting documents
  • Logging and keeping documentation for support, measuring spend against budget or forecast, monitoring and reporting to management on a monthly basis. SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Works well independently, and as a member of a team with little supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to pay strict attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality and accurate work products
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner, ensuring compliance requirements are consistently met
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing, global consumer electronics company
  • Ability to coordinate with the external audit package for quarterly reviews and annual audit a must; minimum three years audit experience with KPMG or Baker Tilly
  • Experience of working with SAP BYD ? Experience of inventory control
  • Excellent Oral and Written English is necessary ? HK-based working experience is plus
