Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of site and function, and able to link IT network objective with business objective.

  • 熟悉S95架构,包括S95每一层级中的硬件和软件系统。
  • professional with S95 architecture including hardware and software being used in each layer.
  • 领导团队成员汇报的网络问题的解决,调查问题,需要的时候将问题汇报给总部团队和供应商。

Lead the resolving of IT network issue escalated by team members, trouble shooting, and escalate to global team or vendor.

  • 作为网络技术专家,审核批准总部发起的网络相关的变更,确保技术可行性并分析变更对工厂业务的影响。

As the network technical SME, review and approve the change initiated by global team, ensure the technical feasibility and understand the impact to site business.

As the network technical SME, be able to provide technical solution and implement the solution based on needs from business and IT.

  • 在IT网络上提升IT Zero Loop和Primary Loop能力,以帮助他们更有效地解决问题。

Build IT Zero Loop and Primary Loop capability on IT network to help them resolve issue.

  • 按照流程实施IT变更或解决IT系统问题,包括Service Now记录,记录/与他人合作进行更改,以及调查/与他人合作处理偏差。

Implementing IT change or resolve IT system issue following process, including Service Now recording, document / work with others on change and investigate / work with others on deviations following Trackwise process.
