Our Shanghai based consumer/FMCG team is looking for an exceptional talent to join our industry leading team.

We have strong relationships across a well developed portfolio of clients across food, beverage, alcohol, infant, health and OTC, home and personal care, cosmetics, consumer durables, ingredients and hospitality categories and of diverse backgrounds - major MNC, small/medium sized foreign companies, major local players including SOEs, private equity as well as local start ups.

  • Passionate about genuinely helping people - your candidates and clients solve their problems?
  • Independent, results driven, entrepreneurial with strong communication skills with the ability or rack record of developing and delivering business

  • Entrepreneurial, persistent and resilient, able to handle rejection/resistance through negotiation and a never give up and never stop finding solutions attitude
  • Constantly trying to learn and develop yourself to be the best in your career and in your industry and sought out for knowledge by those around you?
  • Someone who recognises the importance of professionalism, integrity, following best practices, being organised/systematic and maintaining your reputation
  • A team player, working with others to develop better outcomes than you can alone?
  • Interested in business and strong business acumen - with experience/knowledge/interest of business contracts, revenue/cash in, KPIs and the business environment/economy
  • Have strong intuition, can identify risks pitfalls early and are comfortable to raise and solve these issues?

Candidates must have bilingual English and Mandarin language skills and it's likely the successful applicant will have relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, consulting or sales.
