The FP&A prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

  • Complete Monthly closing, rolling forecast, annual planning, budget.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Partner directly with the finance team and FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree and above, with accounting related major, CPA is Preferred 2. 4+ years of financial experience, with 2+ years in FP&A in MNC is Preferred B) Describe the most important competencies required of the individual.
  • Team player, strong interpersonal & communication skill to work across functions.
  • Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficiency In Excel and all Office Applications
  • Proficient in English in Read & Write
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
