Associate / Senior Consultant - US TAX - Shenzhen

• Applies technical knowledge when assisting leadership in client compliance and reporting projects
• Prepares and review US tax work papers/returns (Forms 1120, 1120F, 5471, 8992, 1065, 8621 etc.) 
• Assists managers and partners to provide US International/tax advisory services involving U.S. inbound and outbound transactions, group restructuring and perform U.S. tax due diligence
• Identifies U.S. tax issues on client engagements and perform tax technical research using tax soft wares such as BNA portfolio and CCH
• Drafts reports, identify key issues/risks and propose solutions for clients with respect to U.S. tax advisory projects 
• Assists managers and partners to advise financial institution clients on how to comply with FATCA/CRS regulations including performing sample checks, periodic reviews on the compliance program and annual account reporting to the respective jurisdictions
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality services to the clients

• Bachelor degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification or registered tax agent or lawyer is required
• 3 years of relevant US Tax/FATCA/CRS experience with CPA firms (Big 4 experience is preferred), law firms, tax authorities or large corporation
• In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations
• Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
• Strong consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
• Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Manager position
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
• Willing to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate position
