Finoverse, formerly known as Finnovasia, is one of Asia's largest fintech communities, bridging the gap between traditional finance (tradfi) and the emerging world of fintech, Web3, and AI.

Your role at Finoverse

• Agenda Development: Lead the planning and development of conference agendas, ensuring they align with industry trends and audience interests in areas such as FinTech, Web3, and AI.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define event agendas that meet the strategic goals of the conference and deliver value to participants.

• Innovative Topic Creation: Develop innovative and compelling speaking topics that capture current and emerging trends in the industry.

• Speaker Identification and Liaison: Research, identify, and engage potential speakers who align with the event's theme. Manage communications and relationships with speakers to ensure their successful participation.

• Invitation Crafting: Craft personalized invitations for speakers and VIPs, clearly articulating the event's purpose and the benefits of their involvement.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with speakers, VIPs, and key stakeholders to foster long-term engagement and ensure successful future collaborations.

• Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to build rapport with potential speakers and stakeholders, enhancing networking and partnership opportunities.

• Project Management: Utilize excellent project management skills to oversee content production timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with other teams to ensure seamless event execution.

• Team Support: Provide support to other teams as needed, ensuring cohesive and unified event execution.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable.

• Must have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas.

• Deep understanding of and experience in financial markets, FinTech, Web3, and AI industries.

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with speakers, VIPs, and stakeholders.

• Strong networking abilities with a track record of building and maintaining relationships in the industry.

• Flexibility to support other teams and adapt to diverse tasks as needed by management.

• Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks.

• Previous experience working in startups or small teams.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in business writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
