POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION该职务在组织中的位置 Job Title Of The Supervisor / 上级的职务Packaging Development Manager 包装开发副经理 JOB BEING DESCRIBED / 本职位名称: Packaging Developer 包材开发 JOB TITLE OF SUBORDINATES / 下属的职务: None/无KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION 该职务所需的主要资质 Knowledge: - >2 years work in cosmetic /perfume/skincare packaging development or related industryWorking knowledge of Primary Packaging Developer: plastic injection, IBM, EBM, metal stamping/CNC, and decoration relate with difference materials, assembly process.Working knowledge of Secondary packaging developer: different printing process and relate material, other decoration process (H/S, coating, assembly etc)A working knowledge of mold fabrication for plastic/glass/metal/ceramic items is a plus.Working knowledge in project management.Basic knowledge of cosmetic /perfume/skincare market products.Good English is required. Oral, writing and listening.French language is a plus.Capable of using 3D design software & checking 2D drawings, MS Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Know-how:To sum up, gather and analyze information from different parts.To create product functional description and specifications.To create and manage meetings with suppliers or with internal departments, in order to clarify or organize any part of projects.To collect information, to coordinate and clarify situations.To gain trust of people and work as a team, to know how to negotiate and to push suppliers or any other people internally to reach our aim and to make the projects go forward.To communicate with his/her manager about the projects follow up and difficulties.To propose ideas or other best practices and to know how to push these ideas.To sum up and update information. Personal skills:Good communication skills and team playerQuick learner, curious, clear minded, active, autonomousLogical, patient, honest, open-minded, proactive, meticulous CONTACTS AND RELATIONS 与该职务有联系或相关的人或组织 Internal / 内部的:Report directly to the packaging development managerFrench packaging development department work together with French Pac dev team to developing the projectPurchasing department (French and Chinese teams) work as a pair with Chinese purchasing team.Quality Control department ensure all quality control element and specification to QC technical support for the quality complaince arrange TestUP department/process engineer (French and Chinese) arrange samples for line trial technical support to guarantee success the fillingProduction department (French and Chinese) ensure that the production requirements are respectedProcurement department – day-to-day relationship to ensure On Time in Full deliveries (OTIF) External / 外部的:Suppliers (business trip 30%+) DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES主要职责Ensure a role of follow-up, developments coordination and alert on the projects in case of drift or problems (technical, quality, timing, and cost).Under responsibility of the manager, to guarantee and coordinate the PCD packaging developments, respecting the marketing briefings and the agreed objectives of deadline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality. Guarantee: - the homologation process (compatibility agreed in common with R&D, dimensional, functionality) of the packaging and finished product. - the system and process of packaging specification (formal and exhaustive definition of the quality, the functional characteristics and the machinability/manipulation criteria expected by our plants and distribution centers consistently with the homologation and control procedures) - ensure delivery of other secondary and primary packaging, process engineering projects arranged by the line managerSupport ad hoc tasks assigned by department manager
