Responsibilities:

- 随时关注客户门户网站,并***时间传递相关信息给内部相关部门

 - SOP后的客户0KM和售后问题的接收,组织团队对问题进行分析,确定整改措施和落实效果,完成8D报告提交,可以独立完成以上事物

 - 制定产品审核规范,并按照要求完成产品审核

 - 负责客户质量指标跟进和报告,针对潜在改善,驱动内部进行优化。

 - 作为客户端质量部门的接口,支持SOP后的相关变更工作 - 主导客户审核/拜访,负责建立并维护客户关系

- 协调跨部门合作,确保质量体系有效运行,支持生产、工艺及采购等环节的质量需求

- 负责客户质量指标监控和报告,针对潜在改善,驱动内部进行优化

- 完成上级安排的其他临时任务 

Requirements:

1. 机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历;

2. 良好的英语能力;

3. 拥有至少3年以上的产线质量、客户质量或者产品质量工作经验;

4. 熟知ISO14001,IATF16949,熟练使用质量工具
