The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • 在有限的指导下,管理和领导生产团队完成生产进度,并撰写生产报告;

  • 确保安全操作和车间良好的内务;
  • 协调不同部门,确保生产达到规定的质量、产能、产量和交货要求;
  • 确保工作要求和操作流程得到良好的执行;
  • 完成主管指派的其他工作。

基本要求:

  • 大学本科或以上学历,工程或其他相关专业毕业;
  • 六年以上制造行业相关工作经验;
  • 良好的管理和沟通能力;
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力;
  • 良好的计算机操作技能。

优先条件:

  • 熟悉相关工艺和技术者优先;
  • 有跨部门工作经验者优先。

Work location: 浦江

  • Onsite

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
