What you can look forward to as Project Management Specialist - Off Highway & Industrial Drives:
  • Project management for complex drive systems in the Off-highway & Industrial Drives Industry. Be responsible for consolidating off-highway and industrial-relevant local projects.
  • Responsible for coordinating the competing demands of scope, time, and cost based on customer requirements and specifications according to ZF Global standard project management methodology, from project acquisition period to past SOP phases.  
  • Monitor and manage the new-win/potential project. Integrate and support the localization project.
  • Close contact with ZF Sales & Engineering team locally. 
Your Profile as Project Management Specialist - Off Highway & Industrial Drives:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in project management, engineering, or related technical field is preferred. Experience in the full life cycle of project management for industrial products or non-standardized products is also considered.
  • Skilled in MS Office programs, MS Project, and Basic knowledge of common hardware of off-highway equipment, driveline systems, and their components.
  • Active in communication, building of internal and external networks.
  • Has the ability to work under little supervision. Be reliable in task completion and follow-up of pending issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language Chinese, and be fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Has a willingness to travel within China per business request.
