APS Resources is looking for a hands-on
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead financial operations of the international mining company with an office in Shanghai. This is a high-impact role for a leader who excels in corporate finance, fundraising, and navigating complex financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fundraising efforts including securing loans, credit facilities, and managing banking relationships.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring compliance and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage risks through effective currency hedging and financial controls.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications & experience:

  • 10+ years
    in corporate finance or banking, with at least
    5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
  • Fluent English and Chinese.
  • Experience with
    export-import operations
    is essential.
  • Practical knowledge of financial instruments, derivative contracts, and hedging mechanics.
  • Track record of working with both large and small banks, especially in China.
  • Strategic thinker with operational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working under complex geopolitical and financial environments is highly desirable.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the Chinese corporate bond market.
  • Familiarity with alternative payment systems (e.g., LianLian Pay, Alipay for business).
