Procurement Lead Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 --Specialized Equipment Procurement: Lead and supervise the end-to-end procurement process specifically for rotating mechanical equipment within LNG, Offshore Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical projects.
--Full Procurement Cycle Management: Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier sourcing, pre-qualification, and commercial negotiations to purchase order issuance, payment, and expediting.
--Team Leadership & Supervision: Train, oversee, and manage junior procurement engineers, ensuring team efficiency and alignment with project goals and company processes.
--Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with company and legal standards, while preparing and maintaining detailed reports on supplier status, procurement progress, and performance.
--Collaboration & Communication: Foster a cooperative team environment and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, engineers, and QA/QC to ensure project alignment.
--Required Expertise: A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering), 8+ years of Oil & Gas procurement experience with a proven track record as a procurement lead on at least two EPC projects.
