Work you'll do协助业务团队为客户提供会计及税务合规等工作。根据工作指派,进行以下部分或全部工作内容:
- 原始凭证审核,审核费用报销单并编制凭证,应收应付凭证的账务处理,完成系统记账;
- 完成付款事宜,日常款项支付,执行网银操作,涉外收入(付款)申报等,编制现金及银行日记账;
- 编制其他总账类记账凭证,完成月结工作,出具月结报表及其它要求的管理类报表;
- 凭证的装订及归档,纸质材料定期移交;
- 税收数据采集,客户企业所涉税务核算及申报协助;
- 其他相关工作。

We are looking for someone with- 财务或会计相关专业本科以上学历,至少2年及以上财务相关工作经验,有中级会计职称或注册会计师证书者优先;
- 熟练操作 Office 办公软件,精通 Excel,可熟练运用数据透视表、VLOOKUP等函数进行数据整理与分析,能熟练使用金蝶、用友等相关财务软件,有 SAP、Oracle、金蝶使用经验者优先;
- 英语具备良好的读写能力和基础的听说能力,具备海外留学经验者优先;
- 具备快速学习的能力,善于思考;
- 沟通表达清晰,具备独立对接外部客户的能力;
- 细致严谨,有责任心,能高效完成重复性事务工作,抗压性强,具备较强的服务与协作意识;
- 可接受外派出差工作安排。
