该职位来源于猎聘 Duties and rsponsibilities职责和责任: 1.预测和计划:供应链主管需要根据供应链的战略和计划,与销售和生产团队合作,准确预测市场需求,并相应调整物流策略和库存管理,确保供应链的可持续性。 Responsible for CR forecast and master planning (or Slot Plan) and coordinate with sales department for delivery plans in timely manner, adjust its logistic strategies and inventory level, increase visibility of supply chain and improve sustainability.

  • 供应商管理:负责与供应商建立和维护良好的合作关系,评估供应商的绩效,进行谈判以获取更好的价格和交货条件,并定期审查供应商的合规性和质量标准,确保供应链的高度可靠性和品质。 Vendor Management: responsible for vendor management and maintain positive relationship with partners. Evaluate performance of vendors, in charge of vendor negotiation for best price and delivery terms. Make sure all activities are compliant with BHS quality standard and code of conduct.
  • 物流运输管理:设计和管理物流和运输策略,确保物流网络高效运转,选择合适的物流供应商,并监督运输和仓储活动,确保货物按时安全地到达目的地。 Logistic and transportation management: Design and manage logistic strategy, responsible for logistic providers'selection and monitor its performance and ensure on time delivery at optimal cost.
  • 库存管理:管理和优化库存水平,确保库存与市场需求之间的平衡,定期审查库存记录,避免库存短缺或过剩,最大程度地降低库存成本. Inventory Management: optimize inventory level while balancing market demand fluctuation 5. 跨部门合作:与不同部门(如销售、财务、生产等)合作,确保供应链流程的协调和整合,与销售团队共同制定销售预测,向生产团队提供准确的订单信息,并在市场变化时快速响应并调整供应链策略 Cross functional cooperation: drive cross function cooperation (sales\finance\production) to ensure seamless integration, work out with front end team for sales and operation plan, provide on time feedback to production team and set up agile teamwork to meet customer demand.
  • KPI监控和改进:定期监控和评估供应链的关键性能指标,如交货准时率、库存周转率等,根据数据分析识别潜在问题和瓶颈,提出改进建议,持续提高供应链的效率和可靠性 KPI monitoring and improvement: continuously monitor and drive KPI improvement including but not limited to: OTD(on-time-delivery), ITO(inventory turnover rate), etc., improve efficiency and reliability for supply chain through date analysis methodology and Kaizan events.
  • 团队管理:领导和管理供应链团队,负责团队成员的招聘和培训,与团队成员合作完成各项工作,解决团队中出现的问题,激励团队成员实现目标。 Team management: Lead and manage supply chain team, responsible for recruiting and training of key supply chain functions and support team members to deal with tasks.

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain. 商学、运营相关、供应链学士学位。
  • Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain experience, at least 3 years of supervisor or team leader position 至少5年供应链经验,且具备3年主管或团队领导角色经验
  • SAP ERP system experience preferred. SAP ERP系统经验优先。
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application. 对供应链概念及应用的知识和理解。
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. 较强的分析、规划和组织能力。
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written). 较强的人际沟通能力(口头和书面)。
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities. 具有独立工作压力和对改变优先事项快速反应的自启动者。
  • Raise awareness among cross-functional groups and management. 如果有需要,能总结并及时上报跨职能组和管理层
