工作职责:

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Responsible for Home&Hyigene Brands Business Planning and Achievement on multi e-commerce platforms, mainly on Douyin. Co-working with Home&Hyigene Brand Team to launch and develop new brands on Douyin. Responsible for making investment plan and ensure investment efficiency to meet financial target. Responsible for managing Douyin Partner to build up proper business models including livestreaming, short videos and KOL for Home&Hyigene brands. Responsible for managing brand property and social assets on e-commerce platform. Responsible for monitoring category and key competitors to ensure competitiveness for UL brands. Responsible for roll out business to Tmall&JD and other opportunity platforms.

What You Need To Succeed
Enthusiasm and sensitivity for 0-1 business building. Passion for new brand building. Strong business acumen and financial thinking. Familiar with social commerce and shelf commerce ecosystem.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3-4-year E-Commerce Working Experience or above; at least 2-year on Douyin channel
  • Experience in DP management
  • Experience in 0-1 business and product hatching is a plus
  • Experience in FMCG category is a plus

  • Fluent in both oral and written English
