Job Description 1. Onboarding & Offboarding: manage onboarding and offboarding process, prepare for related documents, organize new staff orientation, create access card, etc. 2. First-Level Support: support employees in general questions such as polices and process, support on issue of various certificates, etc. 3. Onsite support of HR activities and trainings: support Training Specialist for organizing and coordinating, maintain training records. 4. Support on payment and purchase process. 5. Support on HR Marketing: HR internal communication such as newsletter, announcement, guide, etc. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by manager. Requirements 1. Good at written and reading English. 2. Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deliver high-quality outcomes. 3. Detail-oriented. 4. Curiosity and creativity.
