您的主要职责
System conformity in all sections for organizational procedures and methods with quality relevance / for corrective actions by quality problems (internal/external) / effectiveness controls of corrective actionsPresentation of quality system, quality status and quality key measures (ppm/scrap rate, scrap cost, capability studies, special approvals, complaints internal/external)Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the riskBe responsible for PPAP preparation and submission of new project or changeBe responsible for update and release of control plan and inspection planBe responsible for internal and external audit. 您的任职资格
Mechanical bachelor degree or above.Good Knowledge about manufacture process, especially grinding, honing and assembly process.Ability to read, write and communicate in English.At least 3 years of experience in a quality position.
