Technician

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the mechanical and electrical assembly work of the product according to the process documents and assembly instructions.

• Responsible for electrical testing, performance testing, and validation of products, ensuring accurate test data and compliance with quality standards.

负责产品的电气测试、性能检测及验证,确保测试数据准确、符合质量标准。

• Fill in production records, testing records, and equipment inspection forms based on the actual situation during the production and testing process. 

依据生产及测试过程中的实际情况,填写生产记录、测试记录及设备点检表等。

• Assist in preparing and updating simple process documents (such as assembly manuals, testing manuals, checklists, etc.).

协助编制、更新简单的工艺文件(如装配指导书、测试指导书、检查表等)。

• Assist the process, quality, and production departments in carrying out product and process improvement activities. 

协助工艺、质量及生产部门进行产品和流程改进活动。

• Strictly implement the company's safety operation standards and 5S management requirements, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

严格执行公司安全操作规范及5S管理要求,保持工作区域整洁有序。

• Participate in projects such as process improvement and tooling optimization.

参与工艺改善,工装优化等项目的工作。

• Have a good sense of work responsibility and team collaboration awareness.

具备良好的工作责任心与团队协作意识。

• Complete other work assigned by leader.

完成上级领导交待的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical secondary school or college degree or above, major in mechatronics, electrical automation or related fields. 

中专或大专及以上学历,机电一体化、电气自动化或相关专业。

• More than 1 year of experience in assembly, testing, or production technology positions, with preference given to those with experience in electrical testing or instrument assembly. 

1年以上装配、测试或生产技术类岗位经验,有电气测试或仪器装配经验者优先。

• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings and process documents. 

能阅读和理解基本机械图纸及工艺文件。

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

基本的英语读,写能力。

• Proficient in computer operations.

熟练操作计算机。

• Serious and meticulous work, strong hands-on ability, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

工作认真细致,动手能力强,具有良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。

• Possess safety awareness and be able to comply with production operation and testing safety regulations.

具备安全意识,能遵守生产操作及测试安全规范。
