Requirement:

  1. Conduct regulatory compliance review for raw materials and finished products.
  2. Support regulatory compliance of import and export of raw materials and finished products.
  3. Provide regulation interpretation and non-compliance case analysis to support formula design and label design.
  4. Complete regulation scanning, horizon scanning, customer questionnaire, statement, and other customer needs. Provide professional advice to customer enquiry. Proactively manage changes with potential impact to key customers.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across product lifecycle.
  6. Ensure compliance of manufacturing, labeling, product standard, statements, etc.
  7. Support plant on manufacturing permit management and on-site audit.
  8. Keep close contact with industry association and competent authority for regulation watch, monitoring, interpretation, etc.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Food Science and Technology, Food safety, Public Health or other related subjects.
  2. Over 5 years working experience in Regulatory Affairs in food manufacturing industry.
  3. Experiences in QA/RD will be a plus.
  4. Familiar with the knowledge of Food technology, regulation and related local and international regulations.
  5. Proficient at identifying and managing priorities, time management skills and risk assessment.
  6. Able to research regulations in multiple countries and multiple categories.
  7. Able to speak and write in both English & Chinese, ability to influence cross functional team
  8. Good teamwork, logical thinking and responsible attitude.
