We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.
Business: Cross Product Tech
Principal responsibilities
Clarify requirement from key business stake holders and sponsors in organized wayPlan project activity with clear scheduleConduct project activity including solution communication, setup test environment and implement production release etc. on scheduleProvide support for production issue if anyCoordinate with other teams in FICC to compile with all necessary requirement for cyber security, Risk&Control as well as audit and IAM Requirements Must have excellent knowledge of Java, SpringbootMust have good program knowledge of Javascript and pythonStrong technical knowledge on SQLGood communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in verbal and written English.Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery.Good relationship management skillsExcellent problem solving and service support skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressureQuick learnerIdeal Experience (following skills/experiences would be an added advantage)
Excellence understanding of a functional programming languageUnderstanding of Foreign Exchange and Money Market products and life cycleWorking in a global team with different culturesStrong focus and dedication to providing a stable service to customers/consumersWhat additional skills will be good to have?
CLOUD related skill is an advantageHaving Machine Learning development experience is preferredYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
