该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities: People Responsible for the team recruitment and management of operation team in the area/nation, decompose and implement operation strategies. Train, coach and develop team members for continued personal and professional growth. Practice effective schedule management to maximize efficiencies and productivity while ensuring proper coverage and service support. Sales Develop sales development strategy, set sales target and profit target. Contribute to establish and deliver operations capital and revenue strategies so as to maximize return on investment. Practices effective expense control, inventory management, and waste/breakage reduction. Is fully aware of the financial projections and works to achieve both top and bottom line expectations. Responsible for store management, sales strategy formulation and implementation, to achieve the company's sales and repayment goals; Product Ensures that quality standards are understood, communicated and adhered to at all times by all team members. Responsible for overall guest experience and satisfaction in line with the approved standards and expectations. Requirements: More than 10 years' experience in retail operations food & beverage industry is a must. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; Strong leadership and good at people managing, as a role model, lead the Operation Team to achieve better performance; Ability of logical thinking, analysis and problem solving; Adapt to flexible assignment system and travel requirements; Workable English that can handle daily email and communication.
