Job Scope

  • Develop the regional/country plan in line with the Company's strategic plan for the assigned territory.
  • Participate in setting objectives, sales budgets, pricing, expenses, and investments:
  • Validate/Evaluate distributors and identify alternatives if necessary.
  • Define the product range suitable for the market.
  • Establish commercial cycles.
  • Define calendars for new product launches, promotions, and incentives per cycle.
  • Propose price positioning versus direct competitors.
  • Prepare pricing structures.
  • Ensure focus and segmentation across all distribution channels relevant to the brand.
  • Provide sales, revenue, gross margin, investment, and resulting P&L estimates.
  • Manage stock levels and aging periods for subsidiaries/clients.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, gross margin, and working capital targets.
  • Monitor and control monthly stock levels.
  • Agree on supply plans with distributors and coordinate with the planning department.
  • Guarantee secure sales with no risk of non-payment.
  • Responsible for P&L up to Contribution Margin for the assigned territory.
  • Control and manage the approved sales and expense budget.
  • Design plans to enhance product value.
  • Develop promotions to increase sales value and maximize market share.
  • Skilled in prospecting, managing, motivating, and retaining distributors.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years in a similar senior role.
  • Experience negotiating with distributors and/or key accounts at an international level.
  • Experience managing and/or leading local sales forces.
  • Background in FMCG (mass-market distribution).
