FBU Management

Brief description of the position:To be responsible for VWA FBU outbound management. The function bundles the activities of VWA in the area of outbound Logistics in a central area under one management. This includes logistics planning, warehouse management, transport, shipping & delivery, IT development, cost optimization, claim, 3rd-party administration, etc.Key Tasks:1.Responsible for export project management for new plant/new product/series product, including logistics planning and implementation for exporting to Europe, Southeast Asia, East Asia and other markets. The aim is to complete the project on time and ensure the smooth introduction, operation and delivery of the product.2.Responsible for vehicle entry management for new plant/new product/series product, including vehicle pick up from CP8, SEFI Label printing and scanning, pick up inspection, read V900, short-distance transport, car wash, transport protection parts installation, vehicle entering yard, IT development, cost management and optimization, claim, 3rd-party administration, security administration, etc. The aim is to ensure that vehicles entry on time.3.Responsible for FBU warehouse/yard planning and operation of new plant/new product/series product, including storage mode, warehouse layout, storage function, storage cycle, storage capacity, warehouse operation, safety stock management, IT development, yard audit, cost management and optimization, claim, vehicle insurance, 3rd-party administration, security administration, etc. The aim is to ensure that stocks are within the targets set.4.Responsible for FBU transportation planning and operation of new plant/new product/series product, including transport mode, transport route, transport cycle, transport protection, transport capacity, shipping list, IT development, cost management and optimization, claim, vehicle insurance, 3rd-party administration, security administration, etc. The aim is to deliver the vehicles on time and meet CO2 emission targets.5.Responsible for FBU port operation of new plant/new product/series product, including Incoterms, maritime transport mode, maritime route, sea freight cycle,  booking capacity, IT development, cost management and optimization, claim, vehicle insurance, 3rd-party administration, security administration, communication with overseas customers, etc.6.In conjunction with the management scope and operational requirements of the outbound logistics, evaluate outbound budget, prepare technical specification, submit PR, complete the technical evaluation, and follow-up on bidding and contract signing to ensure that the 3rd-party is able to provider logistics services on time, and matching commercial policy with business contract.7.Responsible for managing 3rd-party logistics service providers and extending our processes and standards to external logistics. Conduct business training and communication with 3rd-party logistics service providers to ensure that they can properly understand the business requirements and are competent in the related work. Evaluate the performance of the 3rd-party on a monthly basis to promote the provision of better logistics services.8.Responsible for outbound cost management. Calculate annual and monthly budgets based on production plan, prepare FC+IS, develop cost optimization options and regularly track the status of savings to ensure annual savings targets are achieved. Completing the goods receipt on time. Perform validation and acceptance of monthly bills to ensure payments are accurate. Responsible for the payment of logistics services for local car rework in quality actions.9.Responsible for establishing and improving the IT system required for the whole process of outbound business, including local IT system (ATLAS-DZ) and vendor-side IT system. Need to complete the development of system functions for the process from CP8->vehicle entry->warehouse operation->vehicle storage->truck transport->port operation, etc. to meet the business needs. Responsible for daily maintenance of IT system to ensure system stability.10.Responsible for performing TQS . Formulate PS, WI, etc. and regularly check the implementation status to meet the requirements of QMS audit and annual yard audit, etc. Responsible for switchover management of parts and timely updates to WI for technical changes.Qualification and skills:1.University degree, engineering and logistics background is preferred.2.Minimum 3 years professional experience in Automotive production (Outbound logistics, manufacturing etc.). Good understanding of vehicle transport operation.3.Be familiar with outbound logistics and vehicle logistics operation management, customs clearance process and relevant laws and regulations, transportation monitoring, logistics operation system, safety management, office software operation skills and fluent language skills in English.4.General ability: (1) Good planning ability for organization.
