  • Developing and managing robust applications, following a microservices architecture in green field areas.

  • Implementing AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction

  • Building a shared data foundation and writing effective APIs as a platform.

  • Directly communicating with end users to analyse business needs and provide profession suggestions.

  • Collaborating with other tech teams to work out practical integration with internal systems.

  • Automating CI/CD pipelines to ensure change quality, system responsiveness and efficiency.

  • Ensuring data integrity and security via best practices in the industry.

  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.

  • Writing technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend and data engineering with language-agnostic programming.

  • Experience in REST API development, NoSQL and RDBMS database design and optimization.

  • Experience in AI-assisted development, AI frameworks and system integration with AI models.

  • Able to master CI/CD, as well as cloud-native (Azure, OpenShift or equivalent) solutions.

  • Familiarity with lean development and agile methodology.

  • Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles and best practices patterns.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and able to work in a team environment.

  • Great attention to detail, solution-driven, and analytical mindset.

  • Experience in Investment product, Wealth & Asset Management is a plus.
