Actively manage the responsible commodities in line with the company strategy/objectives: 根据公司战略/目标,积极管理所负责的物资品类:

• Regularly review present and future needs

定期评估当前及未来需求

• Make annual budget for each commodity

为每个品类制定年度预算

• Grade suppliers (cost/quality/lead time analysis)

对供应商进行分级(成本/质量/交期分析)

• Develop our existing suppliers, keep close relationship with them

开发现有供应商,与其保持紧密合作关系

• Prepare/update purchasing contracts, NDA…

准备/更新采购合同、保密协议等

• Prepare & structure the annual negotiations

策划并组织年度谈判

• Pre-validate potential new suppliers

预先审核潜在新供应商

• Keep constant communication with the logistic department, R&D, Supplier Quality and sales department to forecast trends

• Make sure that the commodities strategies are well defined, understood and executed at all level within the group

• Analyze in detail the cost of each part for the global commodities and local purchase. Find cost saving opportunities through negotiation, technical change and new vendors, analyze the cost breakdown during RFQ

详细分析全球物资及本地采购中每个零部件的成本。通过谈判、技术变更及开发新供应商寻找降本机会,在询报价阶段分析成本构成

• Drive the resourcing activities for the related commodities:

推动相关品类的寻源活动:

• Review with R&D and sales the forecasted technical changes

与研发和销售部门共同评估预测的技术变更

• Define the need to change supplier

确定更换供应商的需求

• Plan and communicate each change within the group. Make sure that all the parties are on the same page at the beginning of a resourcing project

在集团内规划并沟通每项变更,确保所有相关方在项目启动时达成共识

• Follow the planning execution (PPAP, PP, validation, mass production…)

跟进计划执行(生产件批准、试生产、验证、量产等)

• Drive regular reviews with the related department (validation, product engineers, sales, production, supplier quality…)

定期组织与相关部门的评审(验证、产品工程师、销售、生产、供应商质量等)

• Structure/improve the procurement process of the factory with SCM team

与供应链管理团队共同构建/优化工厂的采购流程

• Support operation to optimize the supply chain of the factory by balancing inventory level and risk of stock-out. Work closely with the production manager to ensure that needs are fully met

协助运营部门通过平衡库存水平与断货风险来优化工厂供应链。与生产经理紧密协作,确保需求得到充分满足

• Measure and report performances of vendors: delivery, price index…

评估并报告供应商绩效:交付、价格指数等

采购经理交办的其他任务 Profile: Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering. Extra training on business, purchasing or logistic is a plus. 教育背景:电子、电气或机械工程专业学士学位优先。接受过商务、采购或物流方面的额外培训者优先。 Experience: Minimum of 4-5y experience in Global sourcing function in a manufacturing environment of a foreign company. Team management experience is a plus. 工作经验:在外资制造企业的全球采购职能领域至少拥有4-5年经验。具有团队管理经验者优先。 Languages: Good level of English: writing, reading and speaking. 语言能力:良好的英语水平:写作、阅读和口语能力。 Profile: Honest, move fast with high-efficiency, team player, analytical, able to synthesize, structured and disciplined.
