- 执行公司渠道销售策略,完成个人销售指标;
- 理解、传达和指导囤货商跟随公司渠道政策,完成年度协议目标
- 负责区域内分销商、工程公司及设计院的开发与维护,推广风冷模块机组、风机盘管等末端产品;
- 配合区域内囤货商的日常工作,协助开发分销商及维护区域内分销网络体系
- 协助分销商完成项目报备、技术方案支持及招投标工作;
- 收集市场竞品动态及客户需求,定期提交销售报告;
- 参与和组织区域内渠道推广市场活动,提升品牌区域影响力。
- 经理分配的其他相关工作。
带领推动区域团队完成大区的模块机渠道销售业绩目标,增强渠道销售能力,增加模块机渠道销售市场占有率
- Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: 本科及以上学历,暖通、制冷、市场营销或管理类相关专业;
- Experience工作经验: 1-3年暖通行业销售经验,熟悉渠道开发流程,具备基础的产品技术知识和暖通系统知识,能独立完成客户谈判;
- Computer Skills计算机水平: 计算机应用熟练
- Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求: 适应短期出差,具备较强的执行力和抗压能力。
