Job Location: ​Hangzhou​ Hangzhou About the Role: Manage various laboratory equipment, he will be engage in preparation of different recipes, products during the laboratory activities管理各类试验室仪器并根据需要准备不同的配方、产品。 Main Responsibilities: 实验室日常管理Lab operation management:采购管理 Procurement Management协助lab manager进行预算管理。Support lab manager for budget control.研发和其他样本制作使用原料的实验室采购管理。Procurement in lab for raw materials that to be used for RD or other sampling.仪器设备的采购,资产管理和设备维护。Procurement of machines, tools and instruments following guideline and coordinate for maintenance.外部检验检测。External analysis of samples.实验室原物料管理 Lab Raw Material Management原料库存管理- 入库,消耗,定期核对,检查Raw material flow management – incoming, consumption, stock check原料管理标准持续改善Continuous improvement of raw material management协同采购,集团原料开发, 新加坡原料开发,探索发现和应用新原料Work with procurement, DTS and Singapore raw material specialist to explore local raw materials.原料技术数据收集和维护Raw material technical data collection and archive关键原料devex系统编码跟进Support key raw material codification in devex合同管理 Contract management实验室相关合同的维护和管理Support contract management in lab体系管理 System management实验室食品生产许可证管理体系维护Production license quality management system执行杭州工厂管理体系要求Implement requirement from Hangzhou plant's quality management system实验室研发管理 Lab R&D activity management掌握实验室覆盖产品的制作技巧和设备原理以及操作Able to produce all kinds of sample covered by lab scope, familiar with lab machine working principles and operation.发起自主想法或分解实施相关方发起的briefInitiate auto-brief or deepdive, breakdown briefs from other stakeholders.安排协调lab operative任务和迭代探索Coordinate the sampling and trials activities with lab operatives/specialists, support and guide the trial iteration.解决样本探索中的各类问题-原料,工艺,感官等Problem solving of varies issue in process – raw material, process, sensory, etc维护研发数据的整理,迭代和数据安全Maintain data from R&D process in a structure and safe way.协助lab manager推进项目Support Lab manager to different projects related to lab围绕研发目标,持续学习食品科学相关知识并在团队内部传递分享Keep learning with passion according to relevant R&D scope, open and willing to share within team.About You: 1)Fluent English  2)At least bachelor degree of food science major in well-known university 3)>= 2 year experience on food RD or food technology job related experience  4)Good at cross-functional team work and drive for result and continuous improvements 5)RD project management experience 6)Raw material development related experience  7)Food safety & quality related experience Our Benefits & Perks: Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.
