Country Sales Manager (China).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
Role Overview:
This role brings together business development, sales, and operational coordination to drive growth across Chinese market, managing distributors and channels, planning and pricing, overseeing inventory, logistics, and export documentation, while working closely with Central Teams (Tbilisi, Georgia) to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and support quarterly and annual planning.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retail chains, and e-commerce partners, ensuring strong market coverage and sustainable growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations, agree on terms and conditions, plan promotions, and maintain a consistent pricing structure across channels.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and translate data into clear insights and actions.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, order placement, production planning, logistics, and delivery schedules in close cooperation with Central Team.
- Monitor inventory and partner stock levels, proactively managing out-of-stock and overstock risks.
- Ensure all export and shipping documentation is accurate and prepared on time, working closely with customs brokers and logistics partners.
- Act as the main point of contact between the China market and Central Team, collaborating daily with Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, NPD teams and etc.
- Support new product launches and market initiatives, ensuring alignment between sales plans, supply capabilities, and market needs.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency across commercial and operational activities.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 7+ years of similar role experience in FMCG, Beverage Export or Distribution company.
- Strong expertise in China retail, B2B distribution and e-commerce/cross-border.
- Proven track record of commercial growth and partner/client management.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must, experience in ERP and/or SFA is desirable.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar field.
- Fluent knowledge of Chinese and English languages.
