Business development: To lead the sales team to further develop the company with Profitable Growth and increase Market Share by establishing strong people and organization competence To develop better relationships with new and existing customers (Key customers) / partners to further enhance our success with new products and application To develop and implement sales strategies to increase OR and OI Responsible for monitoring and controlling sales performance by C4C and Power BI Explain by regular meetings to explain the forecast, KPIs, and other activities To investigate customer, market, segment, and competitor activity Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with application team, engineering team and marketing to drive customer satisfaction and enhance market entry Exchange information with customers, agents and distributors to provide effective feedback to the division and develop competitive solutions Drive customer satisfaction in collaboration with related functions Skills / Knowledge / Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related field Business-level English skills Over 3 years of experience in sales manegement or a related field Over 10 years of experience in Vacuum technology related field Strong drive to achieve business goals Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to create materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc., in line with objectives Strong communication and presentation skills Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics tools Create a positive and harmonious working environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers. Ability to listen, especially to customers, to analyze and summarize.
Confidence when interacting with customers.

- Take responsibility for cost and budget, sales accounts management, and process improvement.
- Prepare sales strategy in cooperation with local and Group strategies and monitor revenue/profit of products to contribute to departmental goals and targets.
