  • Develop/formulate new products (cleaner &RP) as determined necessary by the market group or due to changes in raw material availability.

Develop manufacturing procedures.

  • Evaluate and recommend approval of new raw materials, as well as, adjustments/modifications of raw materials and finished product specifications.
  • Coordinate R&D activities with marketing, manufacturing, technical services, quality control and health and safety departments, as well as, universities, consultants and attorneys.
  • Maintain complete, permanent records of all work performed and results obtained.

Effective communication with MFS worldwide laboratory managers – USA, Europe & India.

  • Able to rise above and assist with the transformation of apathetic unbelieving mind set's and drive towards new company objects that meet and exceed customer and market expectations.
