工作职责
1. 根据区域网络发展需要,分析数据,起草大区网络发展和退出规划;
2. 根据区域经销商人员能力发展规划,编制各层级人员的培训规划,提升管理能力;
3. 根据网络发展战略和实际状态,持续推进经销商盈利况诊断及运营能力提升辅导;
4. 根据网络发展战略和实际状态,持续推进渠道数字化赋能;
5. 根据经销商实际运营情况,分析零售过程结果,组织制订提升计划;
6. 根据经销商标检实际结果,编制标检问题题库,推动经销商标准业务流程;
7. 根据区域业务需要,监控培训体系,制定培训提升方案。

任职要求
1. 国内大学统招本科及以上学历,或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的"学历学位认证书"的本科及以上学历留学生;
2. 具备2年以上相关工作经验;
3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级(CET-4 425分)及以上,海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平,较好的英语读写能力,能够进行日常对话;
4. 年龄35周岁及以下;
5. 区域工作经验和新势力品牌经验者优先。
