任职要求
- 5-10年及以上酒店、旅游或相关行业的从业经验,拥有业务拓展、大客户管理或合约管理的成功记录
- 熟悉全国B2B及B2C旅游市场与分销渠道,
具备旅游批发业务大客户销售经验者优先 - 出色的市场洞察、谈判与决策能力
- 较强的数据解读分析能力,将可转化为可行的销售策略和执行力
- 优秀,高效的说服力与协作协调能力
- 高度自驱、结果导向,能够在压力下保持积极心态与高效工作状态
- 优秀的团队合作精神,能够有效协调资源以达成共同目标
- 相关领域的大学本科学位;

Position
Expedia TAAP Senior Sales Manager Eastern China
As the Senior Sales Manager for Expedia TAAP in the Eastern China region, you will be committed to driving regional business growth, responsible for developing and maintaining high-value partnerships. You will need exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking to exceed performance targets through professional sales strategies and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead regional business planning, develop new clients and deepen existing partnerships, ensuring over-achievement of established performance targets
- Build long-term, solid senior-level business relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Proficiently utilize data analysis tools to monitor business performance, assess market trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Efficiently collaborate with internal teams, communicate cutting-edge market information, and contribute to overall business objectives
- Regular domestic travel to participate in industry exhibitions and market activities, stay abreast of market dynamics, and expand business opportunities
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in hotel, travel, or related industries, with a proven track record in business development, key account management, or contract management
- Familiarity with national B2B and B2C travel markets and distribution channels, experience in key account sales for travel wholesale business is strongly preferred
- Outstanding market insight, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong data interpretation and analysis skills that can be translated into actionable sales strategies and execution
- Excellent, efficient persuasiveness and collaboration coordination abilities
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, able to maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent team spirit, able to effectively coordinate resources to achieve common goals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
