Job Overview

Evaluates quality improvement opportunities, collaborates with the key stakeholders to provide support, and oversee the programs and projects to improve products and processes.

Job Requirements
  • Optimize Plant Layout and material flow Collect takt time, cycle time, and material-flow data; simulate new layouts using AutoCAD or simulation tools.
    • Redesign cell, U-shaped, or flexible lines to minimize motion, transportation, and WIP inventory.
    • Lead capital-expenditure (CapEx) evaluation and new equipment commissioning. 优化工厂布局和物料流

    • 重新设计单元线、U型线或柔性线,减少动作、搬运及在制品库存。
    • 主导资本支出评估与新设备导入。 Facilitate Lean tools implementation (i)Organize, and implement operation advantage projects (incl. 5S,Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, VOC,etc); (ii) Organize, plan and implement lean tools & awareness training in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets 促进精益工具的实施 (i)组织、实施运营优势项目(包括5S、可视化、标准作业、QCPC、TPM、快速换模、防错、单元设计、物料补充与流动、VOC等); (ii)组织、规划和实施精益工具及意识培训 为了达到公司经营优势工程目标 Lead Kaizen Workshop Organize, and Coordinate necessary resources to establish projects teams and push projects implementation; analyze projects deliverables and guide the implementation procedure; follow up projects implementation progress; provide technical suggestions to concrete issues; and collect projects savings and report the projects achievement to top management in order to ensure a smooth flow of project implementation. 领导改善活动 组织、协调必要的资源,组建项目组并推动项目实施;分析项目交付物,指导实施流程;跟踪项目实施进度;对具体问题提出技术建议;收集项目节约,并向高层汇报项目成果,确保项目实施的顺畅。 Value stream transformation (i) Map current-state & design future-state value-stream maps (VSM) for key product families. What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
